Another come back for FatBoysRecord this year. They are making this major gig an annual thing, which is good I think. Other than doing production and signing up the local bands.

As for some of you, this event is like Woodstock, only its the Malaysian version. This gig will be featuring local bands and local bands only, which is gonna give the locals some exposure to the bands that has been around in the local music scene for quite some time now. For instance, OAG, Cromok, Seven Collar T Shirt(SCTS) & Love Me Butch(LMB). As well as for those rather new bands that has been actively or temporarily inactively involved in the local music scene. Its time for some exposure to the masses.

It is both beneficial seeing that as for those active bands to occupy themselves and to promote their music. However for those inactive bands to linger around in the music scene for a longer period. It was such a shame that Nice Stupid Playground has been quiet for some time but with this event they would be able to get together with other band members, plug in their amps and guitars and finally kick start their creativity, write some original pieces and make good use of that home studio that was once familiarly their second home.

As for those music enthusiasts who has always been looking for more kicks in the local music scene, this is the time for them to show their support and to keep their spirits alive and going. Because they know their presence and supports will always land them another happenings or events in the local music scene. It will never die. The whole cycle is simple. Musicians do their thing, enthusiasts and supporters do their thing, they will all unite. With music they trust, there would be a better tomorrow.

So go and show your support for our local music scene.
